And, while many people have an automatic pool cleaner installed, when a lot of leaves and other types of debris enter your water it can take a while before your water is once again crystal clear. This ties into helping keep it clean, simply because you are spending less time getting leaves out of your pool so you can actually enjoy swimming. The only obstacles we may encounter with a very small backyard would be any setbacks or easements. Setbacks: these regulations mandate the distance required from a proposed pool and how close to your home it can be, for example 3, 6 or 8 feet away, as well as how far away it must be from your property line. Easements: these are the invisible lines created by underground or overhead utilities where you are not able to construct anything, much less a pool. If these restrictions do not hamper what we envision, then you can have your pool and swim in it, too.
